I am Shravyasri from Chennai.
I am the one who came to know about what is health and how to lead a healthy lifestyle to mould our body and mind.
Actually 2 years back l have undergone with an open surgery due to ectopic pregnancy and have lost one of my fallopian tubes. That incident made me getting into depression and obviously taking care about my health and body has reduced. So that I have gained unhealthy weight and faced problems like hormonal imbalances and irregular periods. Then l have taken the help of Praveen to regularise my health into a normal condition. Praveen helped in my weight loss journey by guiding right food, nutrition and exercises for me. They changed my diet into healthy diet by like balanced Nutrition food and his guided me according to my health conditions in process my hormonal get balanced.
At the beginning l felt some what difficult but when l noticed my weight was getting down day by day, then I became more confident and continued my journey with much discipline and easy way. Before weight loss journey my weight was 82 kgs after journey till my 4th month pregnancy my weight was 64kgs.
